All of our products carry a risk-free 30-day return! If you're not 100% satisfied just contact us and we will send you a return label. When we receive the item we will issue you the refund for your order minus the return shipping.
For our grow kits we have a 30-day refund or exchange policy, which means if you aren't satisfied or there is an issue with your grow kit, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. You will be refunded in full.

Subscriptions
If you have purchased a product on a recurring order, you may only cancel your subscription after a minimum of 2 orders have been processed.
Please contact us atsupport@pinkbuffaloorganics.com or use the customer portal for your subscriptions to make those changes.
