- Reishi

Reishi is considered an adaptogen, which helps the body adapt to and cope with various stressors, including physical, mental, and emotional stress. Studies show that reishi can help regulate cortisol levels, reducing the impact of stress on the body.

- Valerian Root

Valerian root is an herb that was traditionally used for its calming and stress-reducing properties. Scientists believe that valerian root works by increasing the availability of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), an inhibitory neurotransmitter that helps regulate brain activity, thereby promoting a state of calmness and tranquility.

- Lemon Balm

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is an herb belonging to the mint family that has been used for centuries to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety. Like valerian root, lemon balm is believed to influence the activity of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which has a calming effect on the brain.

- Passion Flower

Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) is a flowering plant commonly used in traditional medicine as a natural remedy for anxiety and insomnia. Passion flower is thought to have muscle relaxant properties, which may help relieve tension and physical symptoms associated with stress.

Glycerite extracts, also known as glycerin extracts or glycerin tinctures, are similar to traditional alcohol-based tinctures but use glycerin as the solvent instead of alcohol. Glycerin is a clear, sweet-tasting liquid that is derived from vegetable oils, making it suitable for those who prefer alcohol-free herbal products or for those who are sensitive to alcohol.

Ingredients:

Organic Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Organic Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis), Organic Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Organic Passion Flower  (Passiflora incarnate), Vegetable glycerin, Filtered water, Organic cane alcohol (less than 1%). 

Directions for use:

Take 1/2 ml before bed or as needed. Shake well before use. As with all herbal extracts, consult your physician or herbalist before use.
